These terms are an agreement between you and Curet LLC for your use of SeeRepo, a service that turns the GitHub repositories you choose into a living map of your project. By signing in you agree to them. If something here is unclear, write to us at [email protected].
Your account
You sign in with GitHub. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you need to be at least 16 years old to use SeeRepo.
Your code stays yours
- You keep every right to your code. We claim none.
- You give SeeRepo permission to read the repositories you connect, only to draw your map and keep it up to date. Our GitHub App asks for read access and never writes to your repositories.
- Only connect repositories you have the right to share with a service like ours.
- Your code is read by AI providers to build the map and is not stored afterwards. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Public maps
Maps are private unless you make one public in the project's settings. A public map shows its structure, its phrases and its numbers to anyone with the link. It never shows your code. You can make it private again at any time.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe as a subscription, by the number of commits per month. Prices are shown before you pay. You can cancel at any time from Billing, and your plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for. If you go over your plan or cancel, your map stops updating but nothing is lost: it picks up again when you upgrade or come back.
Fair use
Don't use SeeRepo to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to read code you have no right to read. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
We work to keep SeeRepo running and your map accurate, but the service is provided as is: a map drawn with AI can be wrong, so check it before making decisions that matter. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. That deletes your projects and their maps. Remember to also uninstall the GitHub App on GitHub.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or inside the app before the change applies.
Governing law
Curet LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
